I Didn't Even Pray!

So, today I received a shock. Sarah tells me that she wants to learn how to do the laundry. She is going to wash and dry the clothes. Out of the blue, part of my duties have been assumed by my daughter. I think this is interesting in light of my previous post. And she even rearranged the towel closet. She says that she doesn't do enough around the house. Wow, I'm still in shock about this. So, there you go, don't force your kids to do work (except clean their room and put their own clothes away) and they may grow up to actually volunteer to do work on their own.

It is amazing to see the hand of God on people, how He moves their hearts and changes them. To take a teenager and make her think outside herself and think of others. It is awesome to behold.

She doesn't get allowance because she doesn't keep her room clean.

Yeah, it IS nice to see them think outside themselves.

It's also a good to see the hand of God in our lives, even when we haven't prayed, God still takes care of us. He is so good!
